Really bad. Only some of my products from my Shopify trang web show up on my Facebook business page, so I can"t tag any of my products on my Facebook business page. So boosting or creating an ad on Facebook business is a waste of money. Also I reached out to tư vấn several times, và nothing has been done. This is interesting – according khổng lồ a new report from The Verge, Meta’s experimenting with its own in-Facebook app store, which would enable developers lớn showcase their apps, and also facilitate direct downloads for users, without them leaving The Social Network.

As explained by The Verge:

Meta’s planning lớn let people in the EU directly download apps through Facebook ads, setting the company up lớn eventually compete with Google & Apple’s ứng dụng stores. The new type of ad is set to start as a pilot with a handful of game android app developers as soon as later this year.”


The move, which as The Verge notes, would apply khổng lồ European users & developers only, comes in response lớn the incoming EU Digital Markets Act (DMA), which will require Google và Apple to xuất hiện up their respective sản phẩm điện thoại platforms to alternative methods of downloading apps.

Meta has long criticized Apple’s approach, in particular, on this front.

Back in 2020, amid a public spat over Apple’s fee structure for in-app purchases, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg labelled Apple’s approach ‘monopolistic’ và harmful to lớn competition in the space.

That was sparked by Meta’s push to allow creators to lớn make money from virtual events on Facebook, amid the COVID lockdowns which had canceled IRL live events, but táo refused to lớn yield its 30% cut on in-app purchases, thereby limiting creator intake.
